Caroline works with individuals of all ages, as well as families. She has experience working with those dealing with depression, anxiety, OCD, life transitions, grief and more.
She believes that every individual has the opportunity to embrace self-growth and healing in their lives. She takes joy in getting to be a part of that journey! She works to create a warm and open environment within the therapy room for individuals to show up exactly as they are. She works with her clients to determine therapy goals, identify who they are at the core, build self-compassion and find healing. This processes often includes identifying unhealthy behavioral patterns, as well as processing core beliefs and values. She and her clients then work to implement healthy and effective coping skills, psychoeducation on self-compassion and relational growth.
In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her husband, game nights with friends, hiking and playing with her Golden Retriever, Teddy. She and her husband stay involved with their church, Red Rocks Austin, and love cheering on the Baylor Bears!
