Home Base Program

The TBCH Home Base program provides small efficiency apartments for youth aging out of foster care or youth facing homelessness. The program offers a safe haven for youth to further their education through college, vocational training, certification programs, or for youth choosing to work toward a career. Youth are provided case management services that offer; counseling, budgeting, job readiness, academic goal-setting, mentoring, commissary and supportive resources to ensure the youth’s program success. Youth must be 18 years of age to apply for the program. An application process along with an interview and a criminal background check is necessary before being accepted into the program. Currently, the TBCH Home Base program provides housing for up to 14 young adults. Housing is provided on our TBCH campus.
