Indira desires to equip and encourage her clients to find their best life. She believes it’s important to create a safe space for all people, to help them on their journey of personal self-growth. She uses a person-centered and cognitive approach to help individuals understand how their thoughts, behaviors, and feelings impact their overall mental wellness.

She helps her clients set their course for a positive future through self-exploration and education. She has been a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Texas for the last 20 years and has experience in various backgrounds. She’s worked in public education, outpatient clinics, inpatient hospitals, and private practice. Her experience has been with a variety of ages, from child to adult, who face challenges with depression, anxiety, trauma, grief, and suicide.

In her free time, Indira enjoys working out at her local gym, reading, hanging out with friends, and attending Celebration Church. For the last 20 years, Indira and her husband, and their two children have called the Central Texas area home.
