Stephanie is currently a graduate student in Texas State University's Professional Counseling program, on the Clinical Mental Health Counseling track. Stephanie has experience in working in local government and non-profit agencies, serving children, women, and families in low-income communities of the Rio Grande Valley. She has always had a passion for serving others and felt a calling to begin her journey to become a counselor to better serve the community in a different capacity. Stephanie believes that the therapeutic relationship can provide healing and growth as she walks alongside clients. She has a passion for working with teens, young adults, and individuals who have experienced trauma.
On her free time, Stephanie enjoys spending time with her husband and 3 children outdoors, reading, drinking coffee, and running.
